At LebCrete, we have already proven that recycling plastic waste into durable construction materials is possible. Our initial work in Canada allowed us to develop and test our eco-friendly plastic bricks, demonstrating their strength, durability, and potential to revolutionize sustainable construction.

But now, it’s Lebanon’s turn.

This innovation was born from a love for our homeland, and our goal is to make it 100% Lebanese—designed, manufactured, and implemented locally to clean up our environment while creating sustainable building solutions

Our Process: From Waste to Construction

1. Plastic Waste Collection

We source plastic waste from Lebanon’s polluted beaches, rivers, and urban areas through community-led cleanups, in collaboration with CleanLeb, our volunteer-driven NGO.

2. Sorting and Processing

Once collected, the plastic waste is carefully sorted, cleaned, and prepared for manufacturing. This ensures that only high-quality materials are used in our bricks.

3. Manufacturing Sustainable Bricks

Using advanced technology, we transform processed plastic into strong, durable, and eco-friendly construction bricks, designed to meet industry standards. These bricks provide a cost-effective and environmentally responsible alternative to traditional materials.

4. Building a Sustainable Future

Our recycled plastic bricks are being tested and implemented in various pilot projects, demonstrating their effectiveness in construction while reducing plastic waste in the environment.
